Livestock Imports

Ayvetsan In The Imported Livestock Delivery:

You can find an answer for your demands of all kinds of breeds and animals for slaughtering from countries Uruguay, Germany, Austria, Hungary, France and etc. at Ayvetsan. 

You can bring animals you picked up with comfortable animal transportation trucks or from remote countries with ships till the customs gate and later again with the comfortable trucks to your facility with Ayvetsan. You can contact with us for all kinds of imported animal demands. 

1-Pregnant Breeding Heifer Importation: 

 

• We import Holstein, Simental and Montofon breeds of Pregnant Breeding Heifers with animal transportation trucks that can make their way to our country in very limited amounts of times from Hungary, Austria, and Germany, from the day the importation has been made possible in Turkey to the this day, as the Ayvetsan company. We carry on our work with our overseas partners with respect to bringing the superior and efficient breeds to our country with a great care. 

• Upon the request of our customers, the animals are selected under the leadership of the Ministerial Selection Committee and from among the pregnant breeding heifers that ensure all the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's Technical and Health criteria and our customers can also join the selection in person. 

• While our customers can import 50 or more heads of pregnant breeding heifers in person, we deliver 10 to 20 head animals by importing and forming a contract with our customers. 

 

2- Importation of the breeding calf 

We have been importing Simental, Holstein breeds of male breeding calves that meet all the requirements of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's Technical and Health criteria from the countries like Uruguay, Latvia, Hungary, Austria (excluding the regions of Gmünd, Bregenz, Salzburg Umgebung, Perg, Lienz, St.veit/Glan (Sankt Veit an der Glan), Kirchberg/krems (Kirchdorf an der Krems) and Wiener Neustadt). Upon the request of our customers, the animals are selected under the leadership of the Ministerial Selection Committee and from among the pregnant breeding heifers that ensure all the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's Technical and Health criteria and our customers can also join the selection in person. 

The necessary qualities that have to be met in the breeding animals: 

 

• The imported breeding beef cattle have to be male, culture breed and their crossbreeds. 

• Each of the animals has to be younger than 12 months and less than 300 kg. in weight. 

• The animals will have the characteristics of their own breed and will not have any physical defects (in their feet, eyes, ears, tail parts and etc.) 

• None of the animals, which did not go through examination and health inspection, will not be accepted. 

 

3- Importation of the slaughtering cattle:

We have been importing Simental, Holstein breeds of male breeding calves that meet all the requirements of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's Technical and Health criteria from the countries like Uruguay, Latvia, Hungary, Austria (excluding the regions of Gmünd, Bregenz, Salzburg Umgebung, Perg, Lienz, St.veit/Glan (Sankt Veit an der Glan), Kirchberg/krems (Kirchdorf an der Krems) and Wiener Neustadt). 

Upon the request of our customers, the animals are selected under the leadership of the Ministerial Selection Committee and from among the pregnant breeding heifers that ensure all the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's Technical and Health criteria and our customers can also join the selection in person. Our company purchased the tender of the MMB last year and brings animal for slaughter. 

The Qualities that will be looked for in the Animal for Slaughtering:  

 

• The imported breeding beef cattle have to be male, culture breed and their crossbreeds. 

• Their ages will be in between 12-24 months and their weight before slaughtering will be over 300 kg. 

• The animals will have the characteristics of their own breed and will not have any physical defects (in their feet, eyes, ears, tail parts and etc.) 

• None of the animals that did not go through examination and health inspection will not be accepted. 

• The animals should not be treated with stilbene or thyrostatic substances or estrogenic, androgenic, gestagenic or b-agonist substances excluding zootechnical treatment purposes
